Return & Exchange Policy

1. We offer 7 days of hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge only once per order.

Printed products  will not be eligible for any Returns & Exchange.

2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin- code.

3. For all return orders, a refund  will be provided in the form of Store Credit  once the return has reached our warehouse and has passed all QC checks.

4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund will not be provided.

5. Once a return is placed it usually takes 24 working hours for approval. Once approved our courier partner will attempt pickup within 2 working days.

6. Once picked up it usually takes 8-10 working days (sometimes earlier) for the return to reach our warehouse. Our team will perform QC within 24-48 hours.

7. COD charges are Non-Refundable.

All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 11 am-7 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.

9. Please note that we do not solve customer queries on Instagram, Facebook, or any social media platforms.

10. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

11. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, any further actions such as exchange or refund won't be applicable. Only Once Return Or Exchange is Available.


• In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you'll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

PLEASE NOTE: Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using "Speed Post' as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.


Bank account details provided by the customer in the refund link would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents, and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.

Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirm to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
